Water Cooperative at Nouvelle Cite serves families in the surrounding areas by providing drinkable, fresh water at 2 community fountains and a well at the clinic.
The partnership continues to explore water resources in communities where local fountains are dry and islanders must walk miles for water that is often contaminated.
The need for water catchment, water purification systems and new wells is desperate.
